Water treatment plants, engineered to a written spec.

Industrial RO, seawater desalination, effluent and sewage treatment, and softeners. Sized from your water analysis, with output, quality and running cost stated in the proposal and proven at commissioning.

A typical RO treatment train

Every stage is sized from your water analysis.

  1. Raw water

Borewell, municipal or surface water, tested before anything is designed.

  2. Pre-treatment

Filters and dosing remove solids, chlorine and hardness.

  3. Reverse osmosis

Membranes separate pure water from dissolved salts.

  4. Product water

Polished and stored, at the quality written in the proposal.

Our approach

Most plants are sold on capacity. Ours are sold on a specification.

A capacity and a price don't tell you whether a plant will work on your water, or what it will cost to keep running. So we put the numbers that matter in writing.

What usually happens

A plant is sized from a capacity and a price, then struggles on the real feed water.

What we do

Designed from your water analysis

We test your water first, and design every stage for what's actually in it.

What usually happens

Quotes compare purchase price. Power, chemicals and membranes show up later, on your bills.

What we do

Running cost in the proposal

Each proposal states power, chemical and consumable costs per cubic metre, so you compare plants on what they really cost.

What usually happens

After handover, the people who designed the plant move on, and performance drifts.

What we do

Kept on spec after handover

The team that built your plant services it, against the same specification.

Plants

Start with your water

What you need depends on where your water comes from and where it's going. Choose your source.

How we work

Four steps, each with something in writing

You always know what we've found, what we're committing to and what we've delivered.

  1. Water analysis

We test your water and record your flow, usage and quality targets.

    Water analysis report
  2. Specification

We choose the technology, size every stage, and state the output, quality and running cost.

    Proposal with specification
  3. Build and commission

We supply and install the plant, then run it to prove its output against the specification.

    Commissioning report
  4. Keep it on spec

Scheduled service, cleaning and performance checks keep the plant at its specified output.

Running cost

Price the litre, not the plant.

Over its life, a plant's power, chemicals, membranes and labour usually cost more than the plant itself. Two quotes for the same capacity can have very different running costs.

So every Megaflux proposal states what the plant will cost to run, in figures you can compare, and hold us to.

What every proposal states

  • PowerkWh per m³

From pump and blower sizing, at your feed water.

  • Chemicals₹ per m³

Antiscalant, dosing and cleaning chemicals at their expected use.

  • Membranes and mediaReplacement interval

How long membranes, resin and filter media should last on your water.

  • Recovery and reject% and m³ per day

How much water becomes product, and how much leaves as reject or sludge.

  • OperationHours per day

The operator time the plant needs.

Industries

Built for the water each industry has

Every industry asks something different of its water. These are some of the sites we design for.

  • Pharmaceuticals

Purified process water, and treatment of effluent.

  • Textiles and dyeing

Effluent treatment for colour and high-TDS wastewater, and soft water for processing.

  • Food and beverages

RO water for products and washing, and wastewater treatment.

  • Chemicals

Process water, and treatment of complex effluent.

  • Power and boilers

Softened and RO water that stops scale.

  • Hotels and hospitals

Sewage treatment, softeners and drinking water.

  • Real estate and townships

Sewage treatment, with treated water reused for flushing and gardens.

  • Coastal sites

Seawater desalination where fresh water is scarce.

Service and AMC

Kept on spec, by the team that built it

Without care a plant drifts: membranes foul, resin wears out, dosing slips. We service your plant against the specification it was built to, so its output stays where the proposal said it would.

Ask about service

Scheduled visits

Inspection, cleaning and calibration on a fixed calendar.

Performance checks

Output, quality and running cost measured against the specification.

Breakdown support

Priority response for plants under an annual contract.

Spares and consumables

Membranes, resin, cartridges, pumps and dosing chemicals.

Send us your water report

We'll come back with what will work on your water, and what it will cost to build and to run.

Useful to include

  • Your water source, and a water analysis report if you have one
  • How much treated water you need, per hour or per day
  • What the water is for, and the quality you need
  • Your location, and photos of the site if you can
